Our PeopleCaroline Naylor, Partner CRA FinanceAs the founding partner of CRA Consulting Caroline assumes overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the provision of effective recruitment solutions to both our clients and our candidates. In addition, she has her own portfolio of clients and candidates, and specialises in the recruitment of qualified and part qualified accountants into positions in practice and industry and commerce. Before entering the recruitment business, Caroline graduated from The University of Bristol in Economics and Politics in 1998. She held senior posts in financial recruitment in Manchester, Leeds and London before returning to her home city of Sheffield in 2003. Contact details are:
Robert Addy, Partner CRA LegalRobert specialises in recruiting experienced and well qualified candidates for the legal sector. Before entering the recruitment business, Robert graduated from The University of Newcastle upon Tyne in Food Marketing in 2003. He then spent some 2 years in marketing and national account role for a large FMCG company before leaving at the end of 2005 to bring his marketing expertise to the development of CRA.
