Finance Manager Sheffield
My client is a highly successful diverse group of companies looking to hire an experienced individual to take ownership of the finance function and work closely with the Directors to ensure the business has the best financial information.
Working in this stand- alone role you will be responsible for a diverse group of companies and key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts
- Weekly payroll and monthly salary preparation using Sage payroll and submission to HMRC
- Project work around Sage line 50 , also capacity for review of internal systems and if agreeable then implement new changes
- Preparation and submission of annual accounts
- Construction Industry monthly returns
- ad hoc duties
The Person
- It is likely you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CGMA or equivalent)
- You will have a proven track record of working within finance of an SME and be looking for a stand-alone role that you can really make your own
- Knowledge and experience of CIS returns would be idea as well as a good knowledge of Sage line 50
