​Every legal and finance business in the world has had to rethink it's approach, and their staff have had to bounce back with rigour. CRA Consulting is no different. We've started 2022 committed to working with the best legal and finance professionals in the UK, supporting ambitious legal and finance firms to scale.

New HQ

​Despite it being one of the strangest years in history, and not just for legal and finance, CRA moved into new Head quarters. We are now set over 3 floors in the heart of Sheffield. Whilst 2020 threw a few curve balls both the legal and finance sectors held up nicely and further recruits and space was needed.

UK Wide Locum and Interim Divison Launched

​CRA introduced their locum and interim legal and finance recruitment divisions across the UK in 2016. We support businesses across the legal and finance sectors recruiting qualified lawyers and accountants into temporary private practice and in-house positions. We also launched a team focused on supplying paralegals and support staff into interim or temporary legal and finance jobs.

Expansion, Expansion, Expansion

5 new faces arrived at CRA and new offices were needed to help scale our legal and finance recruitment offering. We moved to the heart of Sheffield, and through continued growth we began working with legal and finance companies covering the whole of UK.

​We were founded in 2006 by Caroline Naylor and Robert Addy. Our mission? To help our clients scale their business and recruit into the finance and Legal sectors across Yorkshire and the Midlands.
