I am proud to be one of the founding directors of CRA Consulting when it formed back in 2006. Since then, we have built a fantastic recruitment business. We've built it on strong foundations with high quality standards, and are at the forefront growth and empowering others to follow suit by building their businesses within ours.

I help lawyers at all levels with their ultimate career move

I have a particular focus on private practice candidates above 5 years PQE up to equity partner and director level appointments.

Plus, I manage our national accounts and love getting know every new client we work with, and helping them on their journey.

Legal inside and out

I love knowing the legal sector inside out. I’ve watched and supported many of our clients companies grow from new start-ups right the way through to household ABS structures.

Keeping busy

Outside of work I like anything that keeps me busy. I can't bear sitting still. This includes property development, skiing, football, traveling the world, as long as its hot. I love meeting up with friends over a pint of Guinness.
