I joined the CRA team in 2021 after 8 years in a large high street recruitment firm. The move into the legal sector was always the long term plan for me having always had a passion for this market.

Non-contentious practice recruitment

I focus on the non-contentious practice areas from paralegal level up to 3-4 years PQE. The core markets and legal jobs I specialise in are residential conveyancing, commercial property, private client, corporate/commercial and Immigration. Amongst specialising in the above areas I also keep the office morale up with my continuous dad jokes!

The feeling of supporting someone in finding the perfect legal job / legal staff for them will never get old for me.

Skiing and a pint!

Skiing, surfing (or attempting to), golf. I will also never say no to Sunday walk followed by a pub lunch and a pint.
