Job Title: Temporary Probate Paralegal
Location: Bristol
Duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for permanency
Salary range: £25,000 – £40,000
The firm
As an established large law firm, are currently seeking 5 ambitious and proactive Probate paralegals. This temporary role is anticipated to last approximately three months, with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone with some exposure to private client fee earning, ideally within the context of Wills and Probate law. This position is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive who is looking to broaden their experience within a reputable and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of probate matters
- Liaise with clients and build strong relationships
- Draft and review legal documentation
- Comply with company policies and the law society regulations
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar fee-earning role within private client law
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or relevant experience)
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
- Diligent and detail-oriented
- A commitment to professional development
