CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable clients. Our client is looking to bring on a administrator to complement their inheritance tracing team. Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious candidate. The successful applicant would play a key role in developing the department onward into the future.

The Role:
Ideally, candidates must have strong administration skills and the ability to process and work methodically. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator and will be extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects across the Department at any one time.
The role will require the successful candidate to be the central point of communication for the Inheritance Tracing Team for a variety of tasks. General admin, daily filing, general scanning, creating bundles, manage diaries, make and arrange client and business appointments, meetings and conferences, co-ordinate business development activities, prepare the meeting room for the fee earner as necessary, manage and organise large volumes of documents, working as a team helping and supporting the Inheritance Tracing Team and ensure general compliance with all department and firm wide policies and procedures.

About You:
Desirable key skills and experiences:

* Experience of working as an administrator or operations assistant.
* Fast and accurate typing with a minimum speed of 40 wpm.
* Ability to draft non legal correspondence.
* Ability to produce and maintain reports
* Strong communication and organisations skills and experience.
* Ability to manage and organise large volumes of documents.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
