We are looking for a dynamic individual to work alongside the sales team of a Sheffield based specialist tax firm. This role is needed to primary focus on the development and generation of new sales leads for the business development team to follow up. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Development Manager and will be expected to promote the services to businesses through innovative strategies to achieve business income targets. Additionally, there will be a requirement to support the business administration needs, including support of internally based sales administration when required.
The business is a boutique indirect tax firm with a particular interest in the care sector, they have over 20 years' experience providing bespoke services to commercial, as well as not for profit and charitable organisations. Clients range from small owner- managed care businesses through to the largest national care operators and cover the entire spectrum of care provision.

Sales Executive Role Requirements:

* Experience of operating within a commercial sales environment
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* A good knowledge of the product
* Enthusiasm
* Flexibility & the ability to multi-task
* Confidence when dealing with key decision makers
* The ability to create and implement healthy sales targets
* The propensity to handle and overcome negativity
* A full driving licence is essential
Key areas of responsibility would include:

* Working with the sales team, on individual and combined targets
* Generating sales -converting cold/warm leads into sales
* Creating & generating ideas for sales opportunities
* Building a portfolio of clients; maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients; and bringing in new clients
* Utilizing professional relationships with current customers and reaching out to new prospects
* Assisting with any industry-specific questions and challenges that may arise
* Understanding the benefits of the products and services offered by the company, and fluently articulating those benefits to customers
* Tracking personal sales leads and preparing and presenting sales reports at weekly meetings
* Ensuring proper documentation and record keeping of all business activities in line with business requirements
* Collecting & collating documentation from clients
