Solicitor (Childcare) – Mansfield
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) in a rapidly growing Childcare department in Mansfield.
As a valued member of this Childcare team, you will provide crucial support in both advocacy and administration within the Childcare field. Collaborating with the seasoned Childcare specialists, the ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in a Childcare setting and demonstrate familiarity with court processes and related protocols, such as PLO, care proceedings, adoption, and contact with children in care applications. A solid understanding of legal aid and CCMS is also required.
