Job Title: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
Location: Sheffield City Centre, with the flexibility of hybrid working for two days a week
Salary: £35,000 - £58,000, dependent on experience

Job Description:
As a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, exceptional legal expertise, and excellent client care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through to conclusion.
- Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of client care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals and experts.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents and provide legal advice pertaining to clinical negligence cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations or negotiations as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in law and practice in the clinical negligence field.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or legal executive with significant experience in clinical negligence claims.
- Excellent knowledge of medical law and the clinical negligence legal process.
- Proven track record of successfully representing clients in clinical negligence cases.
- Exceptional communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to manage a large and diverse caseload with a high degree of independence.
- Proficient in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
