THE ROLE:
This top 500, firm is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their highly regarded and expanding clinical negligence team. As the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling your own busy caseload of clinical negligence matters. You will be managing a busy claimant caseload on a mixed range of high value and complex cases from start to finish.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from driven Clinical Negligence Solicitors, with a minimum of 4 years' PQE and a sound, demonstrable working knowledge of the broad spectrum of clinical negligence caseloads, with some litigation experience. You must be able to demonstrate an excellent academic background together with first-rate technical expertise and client care capabilities. Actively participating in business development, you will assume a proactive role managing the firm's reputation both in and out of work.
