About the Opportunity:
Our client is looking to hire an experienced commercial property solicitor/legal executive to join their established and growing commercial property department. With a fantastic city centre location this is a great opportunity ideally for a candidate with 0-3 years PQE although applications from more qualified solicitors are welcomed.
Successful candidates will be joining a reputable commercial property department recommended in the Legal 500 with some fantastic progression and development opportunities available.
Role duties:
* Dealing with a caseload of all aspects of commercial property;
* Assisting with complex technical enquiries from the wider Commercial Property Team;
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Newly qualified to 5 years PQE
* Proven experience in dealing with sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and; residential conveyancing work.
* Driven and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills
* Have good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
