About the business/role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and reputable law firm with a strong presence throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
This firm truly puts their employees and clients at the heart of everything they do with the successful applicant joining a supportive work environment, with a varied caseload, opportunities to progress and develop as well as hybrid working availability.
The successful candidate will join an established and growing team handing a diverse range of commercial property transactions and will allow you to develop your career whilst contributing to the success of the team and firm.
Ideally you will have experience within the buying & selling of churches as well as leasing property for both landlord and tenants, mortgaging property and transferring property as part of structural re-organisations.

* Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
* 2 years + experiencer within commercial property/real estate
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Proven track record of providing excellent client care
* Proven track record of meeting billing targets
