Job Opportunity:
We are actively seeking an accomplished Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our client. This role is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is deeply passionate about property law and eager to contribute significantly within a boutique firm environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle a diverse range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and property finance.
  • Deliver expert legal advice to a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing investors, landlords, tenants, and developers.
  • Efficiently draft, revise, and negotiate various commercial property contracts and legal documents.
  • Undertake comprehensive due diligence and legal research pertinent to property transactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, property agents, and fellow solicitors to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in property law and impart knowledgeable advice to clients.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to expand the firm’s clientele and enhance its market standing.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
  • Profound technical expertise in the realm of commercial property law.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and communicative clarity.
  • Capability to autonomously manage a varied caseload with minimal oversight.
  • A steadfast commitment to upholding high standards of client service.
