Conveyancing Title Checker (Remote working available)

CRA Legal is working with a reputable, locally renowned law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer with title checking experience to join. Our client is a leading law firm and due to continued expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer with title checking experience professional to join the team. This is a perfect opportunity to join an established business who has the passion and enthusiasm to progress their career.

Daily duties will involve:
* To check the title to Freehold and Leasehold titles in accordance with the criteria set by the department.
* To meet the time scale and billing targets set by the department.
* To raise any necessary and pertinent enquiries as required.
* To report on the title to the premises to the client in a comprehensive and cohesive manner.
* The ability to interpret and report on searches.
* To liaise with conveyancing teams and provide them with information for complex transactions as they arise.
* Working on document and case management systems.
Desirable skills and competencies:
* At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing checking title.
* High standard of IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant legal software.
* Excellent time management, organisational and client service skills.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
* A flexible and adaptable team player who supports, promotes, develops and motivates others.
* Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with capacity to learn, to assimilate information quickly and to acquire new skills.
* Ability to present relevant information to management in a concise manner.
* Highly motivated, proactive and outcome-orientated with a can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of handling customer/client enquires on either the telephone or face to face.
* Strong influencing, negotiating and objection handling skills.
