CRA Legal are working in partnership with a well-established law firm with strong routes in the local community. The firm offer a range of legal services to clients and pride themselves on being an approachable, expert and dependable legal practice with high ethical standards.
A vacancy has arisen within their conveyancing team for a completions assistant to join the team based in their Rotherham Office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely friendly and supportive team with a great working environment.
This role will see you being an integral part of the conveyancing team, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, solicitors and mortgage brokers. Duties will include:
- Preparation of invoices
- Pre completion searches
- Preparation of accounts
- Submitting certificate of title
- Requesting realease of funds

Our ideal candidate will have/be:
- 6 months conveyancing experience or
- Experience in a finance/account’s role
- IT literate
- Great attention to detail
