Salary Range: £35,000 – £50,000

We are thrilled to partner with a well-established high street law firm situated on the outskirts of Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Our client is renowned for their dedication to excellence, community-focused legal services, and a supportive work culture. They are actively seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their property law team.
Role Summary:
This role offers the chance to handle a comprehensive range of conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. You will be instrumental in providing expert legal advice on residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Independently manage a diverse conveyancing caseload, ensuring all legal documents are accurately drafted and reviewed.
-Offer clear, concise legal advice to clients, guiding them through the conveyancing process with professionalism and care.
-Maintain proactive communication with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
-Stay abreast of legal developments within the conveyancing sector, applying this knowledge to benefit clients and the firm.
-Contribute to the firm’s growth by participating in marketing and business development activities.

Candidate Profile:
-Ideally you will be a Solicitor, legal executive or QBE fee earner.
-You should have a proven track record in managing a broad spectrum of conveyancing tasks.
-Ideally your communication skills will be exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
-You should be organised, can handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
-You should be committed to excellent client service and are ready to contribute to the firm’s success.
-You will thrive in both independent and team environments, displaying a positive attitude and adaptability.
