About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, focusing on residential property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Providing exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
