About the Firm and role:
The firm are a specialist corporate and commercial focused organisation with a wealth of incredibly experienced and passionate solicitors. We are seeking a bright and driven corporate solicitor from Newly qualified upwards to join this incredibly successful team. The firm operate flexible/hybrid working a model that was in place even prior to Covid and demonstrates their ethos.
This role would suit a range of quailed solicitors but would give you direct access to high value and high quality corporate transactions. The current team have been very successful in building both a national and International client base and are now looking to add to their team.
The role will involve working on a range of corporate and commercial transactions including M&A, MBI’S,MBOs restructurings, private equity, banking and finance as well as advising charities and financial services firms.
