An Expanding Law Firm in North Sheffield Seeking Experienced Personal Injury Solicitor
A rapidly growing law firm, located in the North of Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team. This new role has been created in response to a significant influx of Accident at Work claims that have accumulated due to a recent influux of new work.
As the successful candidate, you will possess substantial experience in handling similar matters, as you will be taking on a substantial caseload and must be able to manage these cases with minimal supervision. Your expertise in dealing with Employers' Liability matters will be crucial, as you will be responsible for managing cases from initial Portal stages through to Litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a healthy caseload of Accident at Work claims resulting from a Union Contract
- Handle Employers' Liability matters from initial Portal stages to Litigation
- Work independently with minimal supervision to resolve cases efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service throughout the case management process
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in handling Accident at Work claims and Employers' Liability matters
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury law and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a substantial caseload
