Job Title: Estate Planning Associate Case Manager
Salary range: £20,880 – £28,000
Location: Newcastle
We are seeking multiple estate planning case managers to join this team. The firm is known for an ethical approach, innovative use of technology, and commitment to clients, partners, and colleagues. They are an industry leader in probate, estate planning and private client services, with a range of commercial partnerships with top-tier clients in the financial advisory, insurance and banking sectors.
In this role, you will be tasked with writing wills and managing incoming cases. You’ll engage with clients over the phone, steering each case through to completion. We also anticipate you providing guidance and support to your peers within the team. Key Responsibilities:
• Compose and document wills, ensuring all documents are legally accurate and professionally crafted
• Communicate with clients and corresponding professionals throughout each case
• Manage an incoming case load and collaborate with involved parties towards the successful conclusion of a case
• Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, ensuring that all compliance and regulatory standards are met

• An ability to establish rapport with clients, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Experience of working with lasting power of attorney cases
• An extraordinary level of attention to detail
• The confidence to take charge and lead with cases
• A demonstrated ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
