Role: Estate Planning Solicitor
Salary range: £30,800 to £44,000
Location: Hybrid from Manchester and Sheffield
CRA Consulting is eager to appoint proficient Estate Planning Solicitors to join a dynamic legal services team that’s embracing change and innovation in the legal sector.
Your New Role:
As an integral member of our technical Estate Planning team, you will take ownership of a diverse range of Estate Planning cases, including Wills, Trusts, and LPAs. Our state-of-the-art case management systems will be your tool to ensure meticulous case documentation and management. Engaging with clients will primarily be through telephone and email, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive caseload of Estate Planning matters from inception to completion.
- Utilize advanced case management systems for impeccable record-keeping.
- Deliver exceptional client service predominantly through virtual communication channels.
- Work within a collaborative environment that offers expert support and fosters legal skill enhancement, with administrative assistance provided for certain case levels.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your valuable legal knowledge.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or individuals with a TEP qualification, possessing a solid background in Estate Planning.
- In-depth understanding of tax laws within England & Wales.
- Keen attention to detail and strong document drafting skills.
- The capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and take initiative.
- A client-centric mindset with the capability to establish and maintain positive remote relationships.
