Job Title: Financial Mis-selling Litigation Executive
Location: Sheffield, UK (Close to Train Station)
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are a large law firm based in Sheffield, UK, seeking a Financial Mis-selling Litigation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling mis-selling claims, including PPI, mortgage mis-selling, and investment mis-selling.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of mis-selling claims from inception to conclusion.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, and other third parties.
• Instructing counsel and attending court hearings where necessary.
• Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling mis-selling claims.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant regulations and legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
