Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Holidays: 28 days plus statutory holidays

CRA Consulting, on behalf of a prestigious regional law firm in Sheffield, is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the firm adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop solutions.
- Stay updated with changes in legislation and advise the firm on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage any compliance inquiries or investigations.
- Provide training to staff on compliance-related matters, ensuring a firm-wide understanding of compliance obligations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the legal sector.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to law firms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Law degree or relevant qualifications is desirable but not mandatory.
