Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Family Law Department, ensuring outstanding performance and client satisfaction.
- Managing a diverse range of private family law cases including divorces, child arrangements, and financial settlements.
- Delivering expert legal advice and representation to a high-profile clientele.
- Upholding the firm’s commitment to excellence in client care and legal practice.
- Spearheading strategies for departmental growth and client development.
- Mentoring junior lawyers and overseeing the support staff within the department.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in family law.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling private family law matters.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A proven background in business development and client relations.
