About You:

  1. Expertise in Commercial Property: Your prior experience, whether in-house or within a private practice setting, should have equipped you with comprehensive insight into various commercial property concerns. Your technical prowess and in-depth understanding of this legal domain will be foundational.
  2. Competency in Commercial Contracts: Prior experience in advising on commercial and contract-related legal aspects is highly desirable.
  3. Commercial Acumen: A heightened sense of commercial awareness is paramount, along with the capacity to liaise effectively with an extensive network of stakeholders and intermediaries.
  4. Organisation and Time Management: Your capability to efficiently organise, manage tasks, and consistently meet deadlines will be central to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Real Estate Portfolio Management: Oversee a vast portfolio of real estate concerns for the company, guiding them through every legal phase and ensuring their utmost interests are maintained.
  2. Holistic Advisory on Property Matters: Provide expert advice on an array of commercial property areas, including (but not limited to) company-driven acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and renegotiations.
  3. Legal Documentation Drafting: Conceive and draft essential commercial property legal documents such as contracts for sale, leases, and transfers.
  4. Ancillary Commercial Counselling: Attend to supplemental commercial contract or other related commercial legal situations inherent to the business operations.
  5. Engagement with Third Parties: Maintain robust collaborations with external intermediaries throughout processes.
  6. Uphold Company’s Best Interests: Consistently act with the utmost professionalism, ensuring the company’s best interests are at the forefront of all actions.
