About the business/Role:
Our client are a specialist service in sourcing and regenerating within the U.K. residential property market. Supported by ground breaking property tech, they focus on delivering high quality, economical homes for single family rental and do this at increasing pace and scale. To deliver their ambitious growth plans and to support our in-house Conveyancing team, we need fantastic people to facilitate our property acquisitions and to help us develop as a team within the wider business.
This is a key role for us that will contribute fully to our growth for next year and beyond and will suit individuals looking for a challenge within a hugely exciting market that is developing at pace. Applicants should relish the freedom to build the role under their own initiative whilst being fully supported with training, access to relevant tech and constant communication to help develop and empower.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with a caseload of residential acquisitions including freehold, leasehold, tenanted and vacant properties both by private treaty and auction
* Supervising the team paralegals with their work
* Assisting the Property Counsel with refinance work and complex portfolio transactions
* Working directly with the Acquisitions Director in delivery of key acquisition targets
