Position: Law Costs Draftsperson and Manager
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Model)
Salary: £35,000 – £65,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a significant multi-track costs caseload focused on Catastrophic Injury claims.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting detailed Budgets, Points of Dispute, Bills, Schedules of Costs, and other pivotal legal documents.
- Leading cost negotiations, showcasing advocacy skills, and attending hearings.
- Handling high-calibre cost matters, often exceeding £150,000.
- Exploring opportunities to diversify skills into other costs teams, including commercial litigation.
