Role Overview:
As a Wills and Probate Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in handling wills and probate matters. This is a non-fee earner role, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who wish to step away from the responsibilities of fee earning while continuing to contribute their expertise to the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and drafting of wills and probate documents.
- Manage client correspondence and communication.
- Liaise with clients, professionals, and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Wills and Probate is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legal processes and procedures.
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits:
