CRA Legal are representing an established law firm with offices across South Yorkshire. Our client is a full service law firm who offer a range of personal and business legal services.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary, or a graduate interested in Family Law to join them to provide a high-quality and efficient secretarial service to partners and fee-earners in a busy Matrimonial team. Reporting directly to a partner, your focus will be on efficiently managing your workload and being proactive with the ability to work on your own initiative.Role & Responsibilities:

* Taking dictation from senior partner
* Typing up legal documentation
* Opening and closing files
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications / correspondence
* Liaising with clients via phone, email and letter
* Screening incoming calls into the department
* Maintaining an accurate filing system both online and paper based
* Supporting with general administration

Requirements (ideal not essential):

* Previous experience working in Family Law (or LLB degree)
* Strong secretarial background
