If successful, you will perform the following role as a Litigation Executive:
- Running litigated, fast-track personal injury claims
- Dealing with admitted cases that are disputes
- Assess liability, obtain evidence, build litigation case and manage key stakeholders

- It is essential that you have previous experience working in personal injury law
- Experience at Paralegal or Legal Assistant level required
- Exposure to the MOJ or OIC portal desired
- Exposure to bike accident work is desired
