Job Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to raise the firm's profile, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and event planning.
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools and suggesting improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitor insights.
- Manage and update the company website, including creating engaging content, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and seminars.
- Maintain and manage the firm's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring online reputation.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as managing contact databases, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, such as email marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, and Google Analytics.
