Within this role, the candidate will be given the opportunity to boost your legal knowledge, run good quality personal injury claims, handle key clients and work in a collaborative team.
If successful, you will perform the following role as an MOJ Fee Earner:
- Manage a varied caseload of fast-track personal injury cases through the MOJ portal
- Picking up multiple cases following cases being onboarded onto the MOJ Portal
- Running cases from file transfer, through to conclusion, handling all relevant steps and requirements through the client and case management process.
