Position: New Business Intake Project Manager (18-month Fixed Term Contract) London/Sheffield

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be a key player in the New Business Intake Project Team, delivering outstanding service to a progressive law firm. You will take the helm in planning, designing, and executing the Intapp Conflicts and Intake solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement the solution, supported by a comprehensive project plan.
- Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels to define project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Delegate project tasks to the Project Team and stakeholders.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Monitor the project's progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and submit project updates to the Project Management Office, Project Team, and stakeholders.
- Manage the budget and keep a record of all project-related expenses.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Comprehensive understanding and experience of the project lifecycle.
- Proven track record in project initiation, planning, delegation, management, and risk mitigation.
- Prior experience in implementing new business intake within a legal or professional environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills without compromising task priorities.
- Superior leadership, client liaison, and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to handle complex situations with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Experience with Intapp software is a distinct advantage, though not mandatory.
