About the business:
CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a growing law firm with a national presence. As a result of increasing workload, our client is looking to hire paralegals into their Data Protection Department. This role is also suited to an experienced fee earner, paralegals or legal assistants.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Data Protection Paralegal:
- Overseeing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated data protection & privacy files
- Reviewing and analysing reports, evidence and findings
- Conducting consultations with clients
- Issuing letters, documentations and claims
- Supporting with settlements
- Prepare court bundles
- Administrative support
- Processing confidential information through the case management systems
- Processing files through for billing
