Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent, skilled, and dedicated Multi-Track Personal Injury Legal Executive / Lawyer to join our highly-regarded Personal Injury department. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing multi-track personal injury cases, a strong understanding of the legal principles involved, and a commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for the clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of complex multi-track personal injury cases, including but not limited to RTA, EL, PL, OL, Industrial Disease, and Clinical Negligence claims.

Assessing and reviewing new cases, advising clients on prospects, potential value, and litigation risk.

Progressing cases efficiently to conclusion, to include all aspects of litigation, negotiation and advocacy.

Drafting, reviewing, and amending a range of legal documents related to personal injury cases.

Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, liaising with opposing solicitors, insurers, and other relevant parties.

Keeping clients informed of case progress, offering clear and concise advice, and providing excellent client care throughout the process.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law and regulatory matters affecting personal injury law.
Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with proven experience in handling multi-track Personal Injury claims.

Excellent legal knowledge in Personal Injury Law, and ability to apply it to practical situations.

Strong advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

The ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
