If successful, you will perform the following role as a Portal Paralegal:
* Running a varied personal injury caseload including employer liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims
* Working to acquire and review evidence on behalf of the claimant
* Handling claims proceedings through the MOJ Portal

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience working as a Paralegal preferred
* Previous experience working in a Personal Injury Department of a law firm
* LLB degree - ideally having studied some form of medical law
* Exposure to handling MOJ portal claims would be beneficial
* Employment history, on a legal helpline, advising on personal injury claims would be beneficial
