If successful, you will perform the following role as a Portal Paralegal:
- Running a personal injury caseload including employer liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims
- Conducting investigations
- Reviewing medical evidence / reports
- Reviewing incident evidence / reports
- Reviewing statements
- Issuing letters of claim
