If successful, you will perform the following role as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal:
- Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant information.
- ????Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assist with the preparation of discovery requests and responses.
- Manage case files and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case.
- Conduct legal research as required.
- Organise and summarise records and other relevant documents.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations with attorneys.
- Other administrative and paralegal duties as assigned.
