If successful, you will perform the following role as a Probate Fee Earner:
There is now an opportunity for a private client paralegal in this friendly and successful firm. Your duties will include working one-on-one with an experienced private client fee earner, ensuring private client matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Administration of Estates.
* Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Will drafting.
* Court of Protection Applications.
* Trusts.
* Probate.
Some previous, practical experience with wills & probate is essential.
