If successful, you will perform the following role as a Probate Fee Earner:
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of probate files from start to finish with the support of a Head of Department and support staff including:
* Applying for Grant of Probate
* Valuing the estate
* Collating and distributing assets
* Handling inheritance tax issues
* Drawing up estate accounts
* Setting up Trusts
* Acting as Trustee where appropriate
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
To be considered for this role you will need to be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 PQE+ . You will need to have a solid background of fee earning within Probate and have a personable nature with excellent communication skills.
