About the business/Role:
Our client is a leading regional law firm with an excellent presence in the South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire markets. An exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer has arisen at the firms Doncaster office.
What will be expected of you?
You will be required to live the values of the firm. You will be happy to work autonomously but within the framework of the firm. You will be an excellent communicator both with clients and your colleagues.
What is it like to work here?
They are an energetic group who are closely connected. There is a flat management structure with the Managing Director actively involved in the development of the team. The work is serious and there is a high output required, but the environment is supportive, fun, and enjoyable.
Required Attributes:
* Experience in a fast paced residential conveyancing department
* Ideally 2 years + experience as a fee earner
* CILEx or CLC qualifications (desirable but not mandatory)
* Proven ability to deal with a mixed caseload
* Proven experience dealing with third party suppliers, advisors and estate agents
* Results driven individual with the ability to work in a team and supervisor others
