About the business:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a self-driven residential conveyancer with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines/targets. This role will suit an experienced residential conveyancer who will be joining a highly regarded conveyancing team and department well known for their excellent client service.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing a busy caseload of both sale and purchase matter from file opening to completion
* Taking instructions from clients
* Obtaining and preparing file documents
* Billing files and collecting monies due
Required Attributes:
* Be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and new build properties.
* Deal with transactions from initial contact through to post completion work.
* Be responsible for a small team who will assist with these tasks.
