About the business/Role:

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable & established solicitors firm that boast an excellent standard of work and are well known within the region for their excellent client care. The successful candidate will be joining a well-networked, an established conveyancing team with support staff in place assisting with administrative tasks throughout the conveyancing process.

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing solicitor to join the team..

Responsibilities:


* To join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload including both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buys, new builds and shared ownership schemes from start to finish.
* To ensure all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress.
* To exercise high standards of client care at all times in a professional and pleasant manner.
* To maintain clear and precise communications with other personnel of the firm.
* To ensure good working relationships with external institutes and organisations.
* As requested, to support, develop and supervise immediate support staff.
* To take responsibility for and attend training and self-development requirements.
* In liaison with the Partners/Directors to be active in promoting the services of the firm and its image.

About you:


* Minimum 2 years within a similar conveyancing role
* Confident, driven and ambitious
* Familiar with a case management system
* Strong educational background
* Good client-facing and communication skills
* Ability to work individually and collaboratively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
