A superb new opportunity has arisen as a Sales administrator at a highly successful Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy. This firm works with a variety of clients across the region. The right candidate will be an ambitious individual, keen to work and support the business developmnet function of this organisation.
Job Purpose:
You will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Business Development team to achieve their annual targets.
Duties Will Include:
Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Business Development Team.
To undertake some warm introduction sales calls and maintain excellent customer relations and communications with clients.
Updating marketing literature ensuring valid, current, and accurate content.
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
Help with updating the electronic communication systems including the Company Website, LinkedIn, and Mailshot Programme.
Updating of internal systems to include but not limited to assistance with setting up tasks, opportunities, projects and assisting with the submission of fee proposals (currently Insightly) and maintaining the task and opportunities pipelines.
Research and input data onto the company CRM system.
Assisting with the preparation of Sales Reports.
Assisting with the development of marketing campaigns.
Support the workflow management pipelines for the Sales and Business Development and Commercial and Contractual teams on a daily and weekly basis.
Work as part of a team to meet objectives and targets from the Sales and Business Development business plan, using established internal processes.
Assist with the monitoring and reporting of the departmental KPI’s (including generating data to be used in reports).
Undertake conflict and financial review checks.
Skills Required:
Ideally 2 years’ previous experience in a related sales and business environment (not essential).
Knowledge of using a sales CRM system.
To be able to communicate in a confident manner across all levels, both internally through the business and external with Clients.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 GCSE’s passes to include Maths and English.
