We are looking to recruit for a leading law firm located in Sheffield, distinguished by their longstanding commitment to providing outstanding legal services across the country. Their thriving Clinical Negligence department seeks an experienced, highly motivated Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the dynamic team.
The Role
As a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will bring your expertise and enthusiasm to bear in managing a complex and varied caseload. Your role will involve representing and advising clients in relation to clinical negligence claims, performing detailed case preparations and presenting persuasive arguments in court.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong track record in handling complex clinical negligence claims
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven skills in negotiation and litigation
