Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Wills and Probate Solicitor, you will be entrusted with a range of engaging and complex responsibilities, including:
Advising clients on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters.
Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other relevant legal documents.
Managing probate and estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Liaising with high net worth individuals, delivering tailored legal solutions with utmost professionalism.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exemplary service and guidance throughout.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this role, ideally we seek candidates who possess:
Over 5 years PQE, with a proven track record in wills and probate law.
Extensive experience working with high net worth individuals, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique requirements.
Exceptional legal knowledge and expertise in wills, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning matters.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
