Job Title: Serious Injury Multi Track Litigation Legal Executive
Location: Wakefield (remote and hybrid working available)
Salary: £35,000 – £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking to recruit for a leading law firm based in Wakefield, seeking a highly skilled Serious Injury Multi Track Litigation Legal Executive to their team.
As an experienced legal executive, you will have a proven track record of handling complex personal injury claims, particularly those relating to serious and catastrophic injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling a diverse caseload of complex personal injury claims, including those relating to serious and catastrophic injuries.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as court documents, witness statements, and pleadings.
• Managing and maintaining client relationships, including regular communication and updates.
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including other legal professionals, medical professionals, and insurers.
Key Requirements:
• Significant experience in handling multi-track personal injury claims, particularly those relating to serious and catastrophic injuries.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct legal research and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
