We are currently recruiting on behalf of a firm in Sheffield City Centre are looking to recruit an experienced Will Writing Consultant to join their team. As a Wills Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in a courteous and efficient way taking instructions from clients over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for preparing, explaining and submitting draft documents for approval as well as referring work to members of the wills and probate department.
To be considered for the role, this client is requiring a candidate who is of a pleasant courteous manner, efficient and has a co-operative attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision. This client is requiring a candidate with experience working within a Wills & Probate department as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal/Legal Assistant or Will Writer.
You will ideally have a minimum of 18 months' experience within the Legal Sector
* Ideally you will have worked in a Wills and Probate department
* Ability to draft various legal documentation
* Able to carry out general team administration
