This is a fantastic chance to be a part of a growing team for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of some remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Wills and Probate Locum Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in the firm by:
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing wills, trusts, and probate documents.
- Providing expert legal guidance to clients on estate planning and administration.
- Collaborating with our team to strategize solutions for complex legal matters.
- Ensuring adherence to laws and regulations in wills and probate cases.
- Delivering exceptional service while liaising with clients.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong expertise in wills, trusts, and probate, with a Solicitor or legal executive qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location and Compensation:
This position is based in Manchester, with the flexibility of some remote work. The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from £45,000 to £70,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will be paid by the day and will need to go through an Umbrella organisation to invoice for your work.
